Pricing And License Terms
Pricing covers a single-device CubeTrade desktop software license only. It does not include exchange fees, network costs, trading capital, custody, managed trading, or any performance promise. The activation code is bound to the current device, and offline issuance is not promised for migration or reissue.
Best for validating CubeTrade inside your daily execution routine before committing to a longer usage period.
About $16.7 / month, saving $40 compared with 12 monthly purchases. Best for a primary workstation used long term.
About $14.6 / month, saving $130 compared with 24 monthly purchases. Best for a stable dedicated trading device.
About $8.3 / month for a long-term fixed workstation. This is a maximum 120-month license; ongoing updates and maintenance are provided within a defined term, not forever.
Activation Model
CubeTrade uses single-device offline activation. The activation code confirms the software license for the current device and is bound to the fingerprint that produced the machine code. Offline issuance cannot be revoked or rebound online; changing computers, reinstalling the OS, or replacing major hardware may affect activation. The activation code does not carry trading credentials, change the order path, or provide remote-control capability.
Privacy And Security Boundary
CubeTrade follows a local-first, data-minimizing design. Credentials stay on your machine; account balances, assets, positions, and orders are queried by the local app directly from the exchange API you choose for state display and execution. They are not uploaded to the CubeTrade website or our servers.
Trading credentials are used for signing only when you initiate connectivity tests, account queries, order entry, cancellations, or protection setup.
Trading requests go directly from your computer to the selected exchange API, not through the CubeTrade website or an intermediate relay.
CubeTrade does not custody funds and does not provide transfers, withdrawals, or managed trading.
Only the active market's account-read, order/position-view, order-entry, and cancellation permissions are recommended; funding permissions should stay disabled.
The price covers a single-device CubeTrade desktop software license. It does not include exchange fees, network costs, trading capital, custody, managed trading services, or performance guarantees.
Futures use contract semantics such as stop distance, risk budget, and leverage, with entry, positions, protection orders, and first take-profit. Spot uses real asset balances for market or limit buys and sells with order review; it does not use leverage, short selling, position protection, or Futures-style take-profit and stop-loss. Assets, orders, history, and tracking records are isolated by market type.
CubeTrade uses single-device offline activation to keep the software license, trading communication, and credential storage separate. The activation code is tied to the device fingerprint that generated the machine code; unlike account-based online activation, it does not need ongoing device sessions, heartbeats, or online login state.
CubeTrade is currently maintained by an independent developer, so macOS may block the first launch through Gatekeeper. Verify the download package SHA-256 first, unzip it, open the DMG, and drag CubeTrade.app into Applications. If macOS still blocks the app, use System Settings > Privacy & Security > Open Anyway first. If it still cannot open, run open-cubetrade-macos.command from the extracted package. The helper only checks /Applications or ~/Applications for CubeTrade.app, removes that app's download quarantine flag, and opens it; it does not disable macOS security settings.
No. Trading credentials are stored in local venue configuration, with credential fields encrypted before storage. Credentials are only used when you explicitly run a connection test, query the account, place or cancel an order, or configure protection, where the target exchange API requires signing or identity checks.
No. Order entry, cancellations, account queries, and protection setup go directly from your computer to the selected exchange API. They do not pass through the CubeTrade website or an intermediate relay.
CubeTrade puts the first take-profit inside entry confirmation not to imply guaranteed gains, but to define the exit plan together with the risk budget before entry. R only describes the relationship between entry-to-stop risk distance and the take-profit location; it does not include fees, slippage, or execution variance. The entry window calculates the first take-profit price, the R multiple, and the reduction ratio together so stop loss, sizing, first take-profit, and later protection can follow one consistent execution loop.
The 15-day trial is for validating the software trade path and can be requested once per device. A paid license is issued for the selected usage term and is bound to the same device machine code. If the trial fits your execution process, use the trial order page or email link to return to the purchase page and upgrade.
Not for first use. Download the app, request the 15-day trial, and run a small-amount or small-position loop through connectivity, trading, and state review for the active market before choosing monthly, annual, or longer-term licensing.
This is not unique to CubeTrade. A trading terminal must keep adapting to exchange availability, exchange APIs, the software runtime, and operating-system changes. CubeTrade cannot permanently guarantee those external dependencies. The $1000 cap means a maximum 120-month single-device license, not lifetime access, permanent updates, or permanent maintenance.
No. The activation code is only for local activation verification. CubeTrade does not provide remote order entry, cancellations, configuration changes, or credential access. Balances, positions, and orders queried by the local app are not uploaded to the CubeTrade website or servers.
The activation code is tied to the device fingerprint that generated the machine code. Offline issuance cannot be revoked or rebound online; changing computers, reinstalling the OS, or replacing major hardware may affect activation. The single-device license is not designed for shared or simultaneous multi-device use.
